DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent with the following information:
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.K., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
• Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
4. Modifications
We may revise this policy at any time without notice. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
